The placid waters of Lake Chapala lap against the shore of Ajijic, a quiet town of 15,000 nestled on a plateau in the shadow of the Sierra Madre mountain range in southwestern Mexico. Ideal weather only complements the stunning beauty of this scene.

This scenario has been home to Elvis Stojko for more than a decade. He shares a picturesque hacienda-style home with a special woman and two “hairy daughters” — their Australian sheep dogs — that complete the family portrait.
